At Hervé Léger, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all security tags are intact and the pre-paid shipping label is clearly visible on the exterior.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
